The collaboration between the Chance 2 Mental Wellness and Recovery Hub Ghana Foundation and the David Naboare Foundation (DNF) is a strategic partnership established through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed in February 2026.
This partnership aims to promote mental health awareness, education, and service delivery across Ghana, Africa, Latin America, and the Caribbean. It focuses on designing and implementing an Executive Diploma and online mental health training programmes using blended learning approaches, while also supporting community-based mental health initiatives.
Through this collaboration, both organizations combine their expertise to strengthen capacity in mental health education, increase access to structured training, and build a network of certified mental health professionals, advocates, and practitioners. The partnership also supports the development of Mental Wellness and Recovery Hubs, promotes research and data-driven interventions, and works toward reducing stigma associated with mental health.
Overall, the collaboration reflects a shared commitment to improving mental health outcomes, empowering communities, and advancing sustainable mental health systems through training, advocacy, and institutional partnerships.
